REFUNDS

There will be no refunds for any cancellations after June 22, 2018.

 

MODIFY REGISTRATION

You can modify your registration anytime up until the start of the conference by clicking HERE. In order to modify, you will need your email address and confirmation number, which is provided in your confirmation email. If you need help modifying your registration, please contact the El Pollo Loco Registration Team at 866-231-6874 or email elpolloloco@ase-group.com.

 

NAME BADGES

For security purposes, name badges are required to be worn at all meetings, meal functions, and events. No one will be allowed to attend any conference function unless they are registered and wearing their name badge.

 

GUESTS

Franchisees are welcome to bring guests at a cost of $350.00 per guest. The guest fee will be waived for guests of franchisees who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations as an Area Leader level or above in your El Pollo Loco Business, based on the following schedule:

Franchisees with 2-5 restaurants:

1 complimentary guest involved in day-to-day operations

​

Franchisees with 6-10 restaurants:

2 complimentary guests involved in day-to-day operations

​

Franchisees with 11-15 restaurants:

3 complimentary guests involved in day-to-day operations

​

Franchisees with 16-20 restaurants:

4 complimentary guests involved in day-to-day operations

 

Cost for travel to and from the conference and accommodations while at the conference are the responsibility of the individual attending and not included in the conference registration fee.

 

NOTE:

Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation.
